Please read this before relying on any Constatum report or payment link.

Information only

Constatum reports are compiled from public blockchain data and third-party screening sources for informational and record-keeping purposes. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and do not constitute an accusation or a clearance of any person or entity.

Screening has limits

Screening reflects exposure to known-labelled addresses (sanctions lists, known mixers, illicit-activity attributions) within the data available at generation time, and may change as data is updated. The screened wallet may be an intermediary or exchange wallet rather than the ultimate payer. Results are indicators, not guarantees, and are not AML or sanctions clearance.

Invoices & payments

Constatum displays invoice details and wallet addresses exactly as the issuer entered them and does not verify them. Constatum is non-custodial: payments go directly to the issuer's wallet and never through Constatum. Crypto transfers are irreversible; if a wrong address, network, or amount is used, funds can be lost permanently and Constatum cannot recover them. Always verify details before sending.

Your decision, your obligations

You are responsible for your own decisions and for any legal, tax, or regulatory obligations that apply to you. Always corroborate with primary sources before relying on a report in a regulated context.

This is a plain-language summary for transparency, not formal legal advice, and is being finalised with counsel. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory EU consumer law.
