Refund Policy
Last updated 1 July 2026
How refunds work for Constatum's paid services.
Digital services delivered immediately
Constatum's paid services (an Address Risk Check report, and screened payment links) are digital and delivered to you immediately once performed. Because the service is completed on delivery, fees are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated or the payment link has been created.
EU consumer withdrawal right
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once performance begins — so by asking us to generate a report or create a link right away, you acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right for that item. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
When we do refund
If a paid service failed on our side — for example you were charged but the report did not generate — contact us and we will re-deliver it or refund that charge. Screening reflects the data available at the time and is not a guarantee; a result you disagree with is not by itself grounds for a refund.
How to reach us
To ask about a charge or a failed delivery, contact ClefDev SIA, Riga, Latvia, with your report ID or settlement reference. These terms are being finalised with counsel and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
This is a plain-language summary for transparency, not formal legal advice, and is being finalised with counsel. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory EU consumer law.
